Maybe, like me, you used to be annoyed opening a chart and seeing this:

So many levels crowded the chart it ruined the view and caused confusion.

Now this is solved by a single setting:

You can set how many nearest levels to the current price are displayed at once. In this example 5 is chosen — meaning the 5 nearest support and 5 nearest resistance levels will be shown. No more noise.

The remaining settings are mainly cosmetic and don’t require detailed descriptions.

I tried to make the guide as clear as possible with detailed explanations.

TradingView UI update

TradingView now allows disabling editing of certain values unless a checkbox is enabled, e.g.:

This makes the interface simpler.

However TradingView sometimes has a bug: the checkbox is checked but the value remains uneditable.

I’m sure they’ll fix it. Meanwhile, if it happens, toggle other checkboxes and the problem usually disappears.

For example, sometimes I selected Manual but couldn’t edit the value "0.3". Switching ManualAutoManual fixed the problem and the value became editable again. The bug is rare but can appear.

The documentation will continue to be updated.
